Low Carb cookbooks can be a good source of all kinds of recipes for
us.   Heard about a new one from the diabetes website and checked it
out....LIVING LOW-CARB by Fran McCullough who has also written THE LOW
CARB COOKBOOK. [which I recommened some time ago].

What I particularly like abou them, other than obviously being low carb,
is that since flour is kept to a min., it really doesn't matter what we
sub.  Many recipes use soy flour, as a matter of fact.

I got mine at Barnes & Noble.  worth a look
