My thanks to those of you that responded.
Several people have contacted the company, someone as recently as 2 weeks ago.
The chicken and beef taquitos are gluten-free as are the tamales.  The Deluxe
Chicken taquitos are not however.   The source of the modified food starch is
from corn.   I think these will make great snacks and are quick and easy to
fix.
