an independent lab.  Might Don Kasarda or Joe Murray have an idea about how
much $$ it might cost to set up and maintain one at a university?

I wish that there was a strong "celiac lobby" to get government research
funds to carefully test products at an independent lab so that these
inconsistencies could be removed.
