Hi everyone

http://tinyurl.com/y9knf72 I recently had Marmite (the yeast extract spread from the UK) tested for gluten contamination at the Food Allergy Research and Resource Program using both the sandwich and competitive R5 ELISAs. Marmite was tested because it is a source of yeast extract derived from spent brewer's yeast. The results are posted in this week's Living Gluten Free column.

Thanks

Tricia
