Thanks to everyone who sent information on breadmakers, here is a summary
of what I received.

6 responses liked the Zojirushi, many said they loved it, approx. $150.00

4 liked the Breadman Ultimate. one person highly recommended it.

2 liked the breadmaker from Williams-Sonoma. has a lifetime warranty

1 liked the Toastmaster at Target Model 3 TBR15 on sale at FOR $29.95

Many said they prefer making their bread with a mixer with the dough hook on
the mixer and baking in the oven.

Many said if you purchase a Breadmaker to be sure it is programable so you can skip
the second rising, as Gluten Free flour can only handle one rising.
