Hi, My name is Teri Daniels. I was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue in March
and I have been learning everything from the Listserv. This is my first
posting. I am going to the doctors for the first time since been told I
had this disease. My doctor doesn't know anything about this disease
and therefore doesn't know what tests should be done or how often. I
was wondering if I could get that information from you. Remember I
haven't had any tests done except the upper GI to find that I had Celiac
Sprue. So I need to also know what tests should have been done
orginally to find where I stand as far as health is concerned.

I have been feeling better on the gluten free diet. However there are
days that I feel very weak and sick just like I did before going gluten
free. I am learning everyday what I can and cannot eat and I am pretty
sure I am not injesting anything I shouldn't. Do any of you often get
sick with no explanation why. I haven't been able to go back to work
because I don't know when this feeling is going to come or go. As it
stands it happens quite often. I would appreciate it if any of you
could help. Thank you in advance.

Terri
