If you are planning to go to the Montreal region for a vacation, I'm a
celiac and owner of 5 restaurants. In the Italian dining room one, I have a
GF menu. It consists of 10 appetisers and 10 entrees. Also a few desserts.
It is: La Casa du Spaghetti, 604 Principale, Granby, Quebec. It is 40
miles east of Montreal, on the autoroute 10, exit 68, Tel: 450 372 3848
Also, a celiac customer have found one in Montreal Quebec.

The wife of one of the owner's is Celiac, and they have a very nice GF menu.
It is an other Italian restaurant:
Casa Pescara
6752 Sherbrooke est,
Montreal, Que.
Tel: 514 253 2658 Fax: 514 253 8098
Hope I'm not too late for those who had planned to travel in Montreal.
Mireille, Waterloo, Quebec.
