ps.  If you want to find other foods that are giving you problems you can
try a rotation diet, if you eat a food one day don't eat it again until at
least 4 days later.  That will tend to show other food sensitivities.

These sensitivities hopefully go away after a while on a gluten free diet,
hopefully the gluten is at the root of the problem.

i have a skin-test allergy to C. Albicans, i think that can be the result
of gluten intolerance.  But maybe it could also cause food intolerances by
irritating the gut.
