I would like to thank everyone for their quick kind responses.
These are the results I received.

1, said that you need to double the amount of guar and to look at this
site in the recipes for how to use it.
http://forums.delphi.com/celiac/messages

7 others use it interchangably.

1 said to use about 1/3 more.

Warnings from most who responded that guar is used in making laxatives
and could cause some to have a gluten reaction.

That guar gum is cheaper and most don't have any reaction to it.
This may be a way to help constipated ones through using it to make
there bread.

Thanks again

Sharon
