Has anyone else had this experience?

I have been gluten free for two years. Before that, I was 10 years or so
with digestive problems but without celiac diagnosis. During that
time, I was amazed that I rarely ever got a cold (yes I had more serious
things – thyroid, osteoporosis, vitilagio, even a brain hemorrhage).
But now since going gluten free, I have begun getting colds about
every 2 months or so. Is this typical for anyone else?

Is there any recommended treatment to again boost my immune
system? I take multivitamins, calcium, mag, zinc, vit A and D, Vit C,
glucosamine. Thanks in advance for your help.
