I am a biopsy diagnosed celiac. I was diagnosed due to my son being
diagnosed and I had frequent anemia problems.

I rarely had diarrhea, never burning. I now eat whatever foods I want (as
long as they are GF).

I may be the rare case, but I eat whatever spicy or acidic foods that are GF
and have no gastrointestinal problems what-so-ever. I do not believe that
all celiacs have burning diarrhea or all celiacs should avoid the above
types of foods. I believe that celiacs may be more sensitive to other foods
because of the nature of celiac disease and that multiple allergies or
intolerances are found along with celiac disease.

My son, although his celiac was much more "severe", doesn't seem to have
problems with other foods either.

Just wondering how many others are as lucky as my son and I. Most posts I
read seem to suggest the norm is to have multiple food problems.
