Just tried a new product.  Brown Rice lasagna noodles, and they are great.
Contains only brown rice and water.  Made by Tinkyada.  Cost $2.79 for 10
oz.  Wheat free, gluten free, egg free, cholesterol free, souce of fibre,
fat free, sodium free and easy to digest.  They are kosher certified by the

Made by old lasagna receipe with these noodles and you can't tell the
difference, and it is so good to once again enjoy lasagna.  Haven't been
able to do that since I was diagnosed with CD six years ago.

Hope you can find this product and enjoy lasagna again too.  Sure beats
