I was just wondering if anyone can suggest a VERY SIMPLE starter diet for
when someone is first exploring the GF / grain-free way. I need to try it
for a month or two to see if it makes me feel better from chronic fatigue
and abnormal gastrointestinal sounds and smells (bad smelling gas and really
bad farts, internal noises that make me crazy too).

I have a very stressful job on top of a propensity to be overwhelmed by
anxiety, so I need to keep it as simple as possible. I cant spend hours and
hours shopping and preparing. So any tips on keeping it QUICK, and SIMPLE at
least in the beginning (and not too depriving) so I dont quit out of
frustration? (Which I've been known to do on restrictive diets before).

Also, if someone isn't feeling any better during the inital trial period of
going gluten and grain-free, at what point do you suggest they consider that
perhaps gluten / grains is not the problem?

Thanks,

Jupiter (diagnosed non-celiac by blood, biopsy, edoscopy, but still
exhausted, sick, and tummy troubled)
