Someone who knows more about Japanese cooking than I do might be
able to verify or correct my following statements, but it is my
knowledge that soysauce called 'tamari' is supposed to be a sauce
made only from soybeans (no wheat) while 'shoyu' is a soybean/wheat
soysauce. Of course, you should always read the label to be
certain.

I can't speak for Chun King soysauce but, when I can't get tamari
at my favorite health food store, I have usually selected La Choy
soysauce because it appears to be wheatfree. I say 'appears' because
i haven't talked with anyone from La Choy and because their
ingredients could change by the time I post this letter.

Oh, the joys of being gluten intolerant!
