Taco Bell, forever so limited in terms of food items that can be ordered as GF -- finally got a great product on the menu that was actually gluten free! They were the Cantina Tacos: soft tacos (corn shells) available in chicken, steak and pork. They were soooo yummy -- and Taco Bell has already removed them from their roster.

PLEASE, if you are so inclined, WRITE to Taco Bell, and implore them to return this wonderful GF food to their everyday menu! Even if you've never had the tacos, heck -- think about writing and say you just heard about them (as being GF), but never had a chance to try them!

Here is the web link for feedback and suggestions:

Plus, they were just about the healthiest item ever on the Taco Bell menu -- very low in fat, calories and carbs. Plus, of course, NO GLUTEN! Yes, Taco Bell has a few other items that are GF, but they are so hard to order, because they are mostly ingredients that have to be mixed and matched -- not actual menu items.

Thank you, one and all, who feel you can join in to twist their arms to bring it back.
