Ms Anne  R. Lee, adjunct professor at Westchester County (NY) Community
College and a nutritionist in private practice, will discuss the new dietary
protocol of the Celiac Society of America and American Dietary Association
regareding the gluten-free diet, Sept. 23 at 2 p.m.  The meeting will take
place at Milford Hospital under the auspices of the Greater New Haven, Ct.
Celiac Support Group.  Ms Lee, who is nutritionist advisor for the
Westcehster Coun;ty CSG, will also discuss her researchon celiac disease
entitled The Impact of the Gluten-Free Diet on the Lifestyles of Individuals
with CD.
