Hi. I have been GF for 2.5 years, now, but am still having trouble
digesting or aborbing sulfur compounds, like in the cabbage family, and even
MSM, or glucosamine sulfate. My mother also has this trouble, but my
sister-in-law said she was able to eat them without trouble after going GF
for a short time. All of us are gluten and dairy free.

I have given up everything I can tell that is allergenic to me, I have
been taking Primal Defense for the last 2 months, which has helped get rid
of the last of the intestinal yeast and parasites I had. The last month I've
added intestinal and pancreatic enzymes, which have also helped my
digestion, and has helped get rid of some more food allergies, and this week
I started adding l-glutamine again. It didn't seem to help the last time I
tried it, but things were not as healthy then. What else am I missing? Or
is it that I have had this problem for so long that it is going to take all
7 years as per Dr. Murray to heal from it? I've had some sort of a problem
probably since birth, and I'm 47 now. Does anybody know if there is a
specific enzyme that digests sulfur? And if so, where might one get some?
Thanks. Helen in Idaho
