I'm looking for any fellow listers that may have been diagnosed with additional issues like myself. I was diagnosed through biopsy with Celiac in January 2003, insisted on being tested for Osteoporosis and was in fact diagnosed with "advanced" Osteoporosis and Osteopenia in April, now I've been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis! My joints are screaming in pain and this only started about 2 months ago. My physician has referred me to a Rheumatologist who wanted to see me as soon as possible which will be next Monday. I'm looking for help from anyone who has these same problems to suggest what questions I should ask of the specialist. I'm so overwhelmed I can't even think straight. They immediately gave me a prescription of Celebrex (GF???) and took more blood to try to get more details. They also said some of the tests returned positive for Lupus, but they really didn't concentrate much on that today. My doctor, who originally diagnosed my Celiac in 2 visits (he waited for the lab work before telling me), is usually VERY good, but he couldn't (or wouldn't) comment on if this newest manifestation could be related to or a result of my CS.

I feel that I am rambling, but I'm very disappointed, scared, and confused. I am only 46 years old and feel like 146. Please share with me your success stories, how you've coped, or what I should ask the doctor. Please, no horror or shocking stories...I don't think I could take it right now. Thanks as always for your support.
