Hi everyone

http://tinyurl.com/6bzt8lz  As part of my comments to FDA on the gluten-free labeling rule I included testing data done on labeled gluten-free foods from May through the end of August. While the manufacturer names have been redacted the information made public suggests that the majority of manufacturers are doing a great job. The testing document is accessible from the link at the beginning of the post.
