Hi All,

I don't normally promote products on this list, but I recently tried the BEST bread that I have made, or purchased since my daughter was diagnosed 6 years ago.
A friend of mine (who is a member of this list also) tried it, and told me about it. I never would have tried it otherwise, so I thought that I would share with you all.

The bread is called "Manna from Anna" and it is a mix. You can make it in the bread machine, but I made one big loaf in the oven and it is the MOST like "real" bread that I have ever tried. When my 11 year old celiac daughter took a sandwich to school, her friends even asked her about it because they thought she was cheating and eating wheat bread! It looks like wheat bread and has the texture of "real bread", not crumbly. It holds together and tastes really good. My daughter is in heaven when the hot loaf comes out of the oven.

OK...so that's all for now. I just thought I would share because something seemingly small, like great bread, can make my (and my daughter's) day.

I don't know if any stores carry the mixes but you can get it on line.

Have a great day,

Beth
