The Gluten Free Cooking Expo and Vendor Fair will be returning to the suburbs of Chicago this April 17-18.  People attend the cooking classes from around the country and Canada.  The vendor fair has over 60 gluten free vendors.  

The speakers are all top chefs and dietitians that are pros at gluten free cooking, baking and living.  Come and meet Pamela of Pamela's Products/   Lee Tobin (of Whole Foods Bakehouse) will be teaching us about Italian food.  Marlisa Brown, of Total Health Wellness and Anne Lee (of Schar) will be talking about nutrition and healthy cooking/baking.  Plus we will be having and almond flour demonstration with recipes from Elana's Pantry, talks about quick and easy meals, and many other topics.

If you can't make it to the cooking classes, spend the day at the vendor fair.  The vendor fair is open to the public both Saturday and Sunday.  There is also an area for kids at the vendor fair.  The website with all the information is http://gfreelife.com
