Hi, I recently read the following and did not catch the first post claiming
that Grainassance was not Gluten Free...

So I went to their site and it was posted as GF.  So, I wrote an email to
the company and this is the presidents response:

>rice and water, except in our flavored mochi.  Still all of them have gluten
>free flavors in them.  The Cashew Date flavor has vanilla in it, but is not an
