Perhaps I was wrong, but after reading the Boston GF restaurants post, it
says that Vietnamese PHO bowls are gluten free ??  If anyone has any
DEFINITE idea about this please let me know.  My fiance is Vietnamese and
we eat there frequently, but my daughter only gets the spring rolls with no
shrimp.  SHE LOVED PHO prior to her diagnosis, so this would make one
little girl VERY happy if it's really gluten free.

ANY DEFINITE info would be greatly appreciated !
