Hi,
Does anyone have advice for raising your ferritin level? At diagnosis my ferritin level was 4. I have been gluten free for almost a year now, and my ferritin level is still only 13. It's going in the right direction I guess, but it sure is a slow process. I was very disappointed that it hasn't come up more than that. I'd appreciate hearing any feedback you have as far as how to raise the ferritin level and how long it takes before it gets back into the normal range.
  I will summarize.
  Thanks in advance,
  Denise
