I'm going to a friend's home for dinner and I'm wondering if Morton's Steak House pre-marinated tri-tip roast is gluten free. The only ingredient that has me wondering is "spices."  Is that ingredient considered gluten free in the U.S? It usually is in Canada where I live but I'd feel better if had some input from this group. Your help will be very much appreciated.
