Hi,

Does anyone have any tips for survival for DH in the summer? I've heard
that summer is the worst time of the year for itching. This is my first DH
summer and it is verrry itchy, although I am being very careful with the
diet. (The itchiness is a strong motivator, believe me.)

I have been trying to keep covered up when I'm outside. Do I need to wear
gloves? a poke bonnet? a veil? I thought of sunscreen, but unfortunately
that turns my skin bright red and itchy too (it's the PABA). I watch the
weather report that says x minutes to burn for sensitive skin. Should I
minimize the time spent outside to that? What about exposure when driving
during the day? Should I put blankets over all the windows and avoid
fluorescent lights? Or would any of this help?

Thanks for any experiences you've had.
