While just browsing in my local health food store, I came across a product
called Amy's Organic Corn Tortillas and Tomatoes Cheese Enchiladas.  The
ingredients seem to be okay, except mochi rice flour.  Is anyone familiar
with Amy's products and with mochi rice flour?
