Here is one for all of you folks lucky enough to live in,
or travel to, Oregon. The wonderful Assaggio restaurant
has opened a second location in Beaverton and the
owners requested that it also become part of GFRAP. :-)

The Westchester Celiac Sprue Support Group and the

Gluten-Free Restaurant Awareness Program(TM), are
very pleased to welcome their Beaverton location into
this growing national program. Thanks the volunteer
liaison from the GIG Portland Metro support group
we now have another GFRAP participating restaurant
on the west coast.

Please welcome:

Comments: Assaggio prepares critically acclaimed Italian
Cuisine and has one of the best wine lists in the region. Their
extensive and loyal clientele can now include you. The dinner
menu changes monthly reflecting the changing seasons and
featuring the best local ingredients available. Assaggio
prepares specialty pasta dinners with gluten-free pasta
noodles, thereby accommodating gluten intolerant guests.
Several appetizers, salads and desserts are gluten-free and
the chefs are always happy to suggest variations.

Go to the Gluten-Free Restaurant Awareness Program web

All celiacs and their support groups are invited to help expand
our GFRAP network of participating restaurants. Send a note

you information on this all volunteer, grass roots, effort to create
a network of individually owned and operated restaurants that
can safely serve GF. You can make a difference!

Note: Although each restaurant makes every effort
to accommodate each persons specific dietary needs,
it is still each diner's responsibility to take personal
accountability for their own meal.
