Hi Everyone,
I have been a celiac (that is confirmed) for over 4 years. I have never
knowingly eaten food that I knew had gluten in it. My wife and I were in
a restaurant this weekend and I ate a corn Muffin and had a bowl of
thick New England clam chowder. I did so because I had doubts that I had
still had celiac or maybe that I outgrew it. That night I had severe
stomach cramps , Diarrhea all those good things.  Take heed from my
mistakes , If you are tempted don`t do it .
