   As a strict vegetarian recently diagnosed as "Gluten Intolerant:, I'm
hoping to learn of soy products  (especially soymilk and tofu) that are safe
to consume.  The literature I've read so far is unclear on this matter.
Does anyone out there have some reliable information on this subject?
