   Help Please! I"m to be taking 1500-1600 units of calicum
   daily but today I went to Walgreens and find the 500 or 6oo
   unit tablets I've been taking for three years now have
   MALTODEXTRIN in them. Leon Rottmann has informed me that there
   are hidden gluten in these even though I've been told by the
   manufacturer that the the MALTODEXTRIN is a synthetic!! Advise
   any one.PLEASE.
     Also just want you all to know that the RED STAR BREAD MACHINE
  ( $75.00 at Walmart) is making the most delicius bread for me
  as I use the Red Star receipe in their enclosed booklet by using
  3/4 of white rice flour with 1/4 of Authentic Foods Bean Flour.
  Authentic Foods bean flour makes it so much smoother so am now
  doing the same with pie crust dough.I have never used a bread
  machine before and I'm so thankful that I don"t buy all that
  expensive bread ""NO MORE"". The Bob Meehans in Omaha Nebraska
