I know many celiacs as well as the national organizations do not consider oats
safe to eat. I am aware of the reasons why celiacs think they are not
safe. I am working with a well respected gastroenterologst who has let me eat
oats so long as I periodically get biopsied. To me it is worth it. Adding
oats to my diet has been really liberating. What I want to know is if there
are any other celiacs out there eating oats on a supervised or non supervised
basis. Thanks. Diane
