I have been getting very fatiqued for the past few months. Someone suggested I start taking Co Q-10. I went to buy some and found several different strengths from 10mg to 100mg. What is a normal amount to start with? I did a little research at drugstore.com and discovered there is one type of drug that can cause a deficiency in Co Q-10, beta blockers. I have taken Inderal, a beta blocker, for seven years for migraines. The information stated that 60 mg has been shown to be effective. Then why so many different strengths? Also for those who have taken it, how long does it take to start feeling more energetic?

Thanks,
Stacy
