I wrote to Outback--response follows.  .....celiacs should NOT be eating the Bronzed Chicken with Corn Cakes as it is not GF.

Surprised the poster did not react but she was fortunate.  Sorry for the disappointing news, but it sounded too good to be true.

 Thank you for your e-mail.  I've attached a gluten free menu.  Our GF menu is reviewed by Cynthia Kupper Executive Director of Gluten Intolerance Group of NA.  The Bronzed Chicken with Corn Cakes is not GF.
