Tina Turbin has created an incredible gluten free
helpful site and is weekly on radios shows helping
to increase the awareness of celiac disease and gluten free issues, which
greatly needed. Tina is an award winning children’s author and donates all the
profits from her audio book to the Celiac Disease center, Dr Peter Green,
whom she will be interviewing on the radio for an hour at 4PM (EST), February
19th. She welcomes you all to send in your questions and she will
