The bottle of CENTRUM SILVER that I have lists modified food starch and
maltodextrin as ingredients. I called the company before I bought this
bottle of vitamins and they assured me that the product was gluten-free. I
took some of the vitamins and immediately had a violent reaction so I called
them again. They again insisted that this product is gluten-free so I
waited two weeks and tried it again and had another horrible reaction.

I realize this doesn't constitute a double-blind study but I am not going to
take any more CENTRUM SILVER. I am now taking FREEDA PHARMACY vitamins and
supplements with no reactions at all.

I am extremely sensitive and have reactions from very small amounts of
gluten such as crumbs from a toaster.
