I never in the past had any symptoms using Sami,s Bread. I use it infrequently. For a Month now my stomach has been really off and I couldn't figure out what it was. After going through all the ingredients of all my food in bridge and closet I saw the Package now reads "Traces of Gluten and Wheat".
Can anyone suggest a bread similar in taste and texture I can buy or order. I bake bread however like to have for my lazy days when I don,t feel up to it.
