There's a really great bakery in the East Village area of NY called
Whole Earth Bakery and Kitchen. they have a bunch of vegan organic
baked deserts that are labeled gluten free and dairy free. also some are egg
free and sugar free. the stuff is sweetened with organic brown rice syrip.

ingrediants include organic coconut oil, organic soy and rice flour, and
extra virgin olive oil. They use
no refined sugars, honey, margarine, hydrogenated fats or animal fats.

i still have to be careful because of my candida but this is about as
healthy as a
bakery can get and the stuff is delicious.
