Hi
Boy, do I have egg on my face! On the advice of Nancy, a fellow listserv
member, I called Novaris, the makers of Maalox, and this time I told them I
was specifically interested in gluten from wheat, rye, oats, and barley .
Seems the gluten that they told me earlier was in their products was from
corn only. So, unless you have a problem with corn, the liquid Maalox
products are free of gluten from wheat, rye, oats or barley.
Sorry for the undue alarm. I have certainly learned a valuable lesson from
all this...hope it helps others.
Elizabeth
