Thank you to all who responded. Following is a brief summary:

Two persons suggested Charlie Brown's Steakhouse. Speak to the Chef before
ordering. However, one person did say she was not entirely comfortable
eating there due to the uncaring staff.
Link to their GF menu: http://www.charliebrowns.com/index2.htm
then click on 'Nutritional Facts'
Charlie Brown's Steakhouse
2110 Whitehorse-Mercerville Road & Klockner Road
Hamilton, NJ
(609) 584-0222

Mastoris Diner. Speak with the owner and chef. That is on Rt 130 in
Bordentown, not far from Trenton. (It is not really a diner according to the
person who responded).

And from Good Health Publishing:
"Try going to www.goodhealthpublishing.com for a list of 59
national/regional
restaurants and their lists of gluten/wheat free items. There's also a
gluten free dining card that can be presented to restaurant personnel to
ease the ordering process."
