The Gluten Free Gourmet is a great book but an even better one is the
sequel called More From the Gluten Free Gourmet, also by Betty Hagman.
She has new recipes designed specifically for the bread machine.  My
favourite is the Pumpernickel which even my non-celiac friends like.

If you want to make great bread in a bread machine, get this book.
