Hi everyone

http://tinyurl.com/yb7f4fl Barley malt ingredients continue to pop up in labeled gluten-free foods. This week's blog post focuses on this issue. It is available on the newsletter page of my website which can be accessed from the link at the beginning of this post. I have included information on why it can be tricky to accurately test for barley hordein. With the help of Thomas Grace of Bia Diagnostics, some fairly detailed information on the tests available for gluten determination also is provided.

Thanks!
