Hi all,

I apologize for the late notice but my husband, James Shirley, is doing a seminar this Saturday morning in Castle Rock, Colorado at the public library on gluten free eating. I had told him I would help get the word out. There is additional information below.

For those of you who don't know him, he has written a great shopping guide (Gluten Free Diet: A Shopping Guide - May 2011) and our family has been involved with gluten free eating since our daughter was diagnosed with celiac in November 2007.  We all now eat gluten free and are active in supporting others who must or chose to also follow this diet. Please feel free to share this with anyone you might think would be interested!

sincerely,

Karen Shirley
