Just a couple of things...
        First, I suppose that I shouldn't have called it "fat-free" since I
used oil.  Cholesterol free is probably more correct.
        Also, a few people had questions about the "Tapioca beads." What I
used was Kraft "Quick Cooking Minute Tapioca."  It's available at all
supermarkets (and makes great tapioca pudding, too.)  I does not say gf on
the box, however, the only ingredient is tapioca.  I'm sure Kraft foods can
supply that information.
        I hope this additional information has helped out.
