Don't forget that you can tell whether or not a turkey is GF simply 
by reading the ingredients. The USDA requires manufacturers to 
clearly list anything that's put into raw plain meat  that adds 
nutrition. Grains add nutrition and so must be listed. This is true 
for beef, pork, poultry, lamb and so on.

After five years of being GF, the only turkey I've ever seen with 
gluten is one that was stuffed.
