Gluten-Free Vendors

The number and variety of gluten-free (GF) products has increased
greatly over the last few years. Many health food stores are stocking
GF products now, and the number of mail-order sources also is
increasing. In this article we highlight some of these GF mail-order
vendors. They are not "ranked"; they are simply listed in
alphabetical order. (Note: This is not a complete list of GF
vendors. Inclusion in this list does not imply endorsement of a
vendor, nor does exclusion from this list imply a recommendation
against a vendor.)
Hints:
* When ordering products that can spoil, it is best to order from a
company that can ship it to you quickly, even if the cost is a
little higher.
* Remember to add in tax (if any), shipping, and handling costs
when comparison shopping between the various mail-order vendors.
* Shipping and handling costs usually make it more economical to
place a large order with one or two vendors, rather than placing
small orders with several different vendors.

Authentic Foods is famous for its bean flour, featured in many recipes

Stokes Pharmacy offers custom compounding of pharmaceuticals, which
