La Choy soy sauce is questionable so you need to check with the manufacturer
as to whether it is GF or not.

Another message received:

JUST NEED TO LET YOU KNOW THE LOUIS RICH COMPANY NO LONGER CLAIMS TO BE SAFE
FOR CELIACS.  IT WAS IN THE NEW CSA/USA SHOPPING GUIDE WHICH CAME OUT LAST
OCTOBER.


Also, Hillshire Farms fat free sausages are not GF.
