A lot of you said you would like to know about the almond flour cook book.
These are the replies that I got.

Rebecca Reilly uses almond flour in addition to other g.f. flours in many of
her recipes...I think the book is called Gluten Free Baking.

Fabulous & Flourless: 150 Wheatless and Dairy-Free Desserts: Cakes,
Tarts, Tortes, Roulades, Puddings, Souffles, Cookies, and More-- Mary
Wachtel Mauksch

Hope this helps some of you out. I plan on getting the one from Reilly. I
already have the one from Mauksch and it is a bit to fancy for me. I am
looking for muffins, breads, etc which looking at Reilly's book I think it
will give me.

Carolyn
