I know we have a separate Celiac/Diabetes list but I would rather get ideas
from a broader audience. I remember it took awhile to adapt to the celiac
diet so I need to give myself some time but I am really struggling with my
diabetes diet.

I need to eat gluten free, avoid any acid (for another illness) and now
avoid carbs. This is hard. I was wondering if anyone can help me with
ideas of what I can eat. I think I have meals down but I really need to
snack during the day so I am looking for quick things I can bring to work.
I have been bringing apples, cheese, or nuts. I really don't know which
energy bars are good. The links on the web for energy bars that I have
checked you need to buy a case. Are there any that I can buy at the health
food store that someone can recommend?

If anyone would like to offer their advise I would appreciate it.
