I had previously included a press release about the Gluten-Free Boom at
Expo West Natural Products Trade Show on March 17 in Anaheim that Carol
Fenster and I will be speaking at. This is only open to retailers and
manufacturers. However, my purpose in posting was to let the celiac
community know that we have a wonderful and strategic opportunity to
educate them about celiac disease, the gluten-free diet, cross
contamination issues, the need for better labeling of products, reliable
sources of information about the disease and gf diet and other
issues. The press release was written in a manner to get them interested
in attending which is why we used "marketing" language.

Best regards,
Shelley
